Open Snapshot
The snapshot includes two files, one is PDF format, another one is CSV format, you can open open PDF format file with any software supported pdf file. if you want to open a snapshot with CSV format, you can go the system menu and select "Snapshot Playback" to select the CSV file to open it.

After the csv snapshot file opened, the trend analyisis chart dialog displays, you can select a certain AP, sites, floors or different metrices to see the detail about WLAN stats chart in 20 minutes when the snapshot taken.
